- Can I include a message to the recipient with my order?
- Yes, during check out, add your note and we will print it and include it in the snack box order.
- Do you accept bulk orders (5 or more boxes at once) for clubs and departments?
- Yes, we do. Email our team at Snackboxorders@compass-usa.com and we'll make ordering and shipping easy.
Shipping
- Where do you ship?
- We ship to lower 48 states for free
- No shipping to PO Boxes, International destinations, or to prisons/jails/correctional facilities
- Who do you use for shipping?
- We typically use UPS for shipping. In some rare instances, we use USPS if UPS doesn’t service the location.
- Do I have to pay separate for shipping?
- No! The cost of shipping is included in the snack box.
- How long does an order take to ship?
- We try to ship all orders within 2 business days, and we ship ground. Tracking is available for all orders.
- Can I pay for expedited shipping?
- No.
- Will I receive tracking and delivery confirmation?
- Of course. Tracking will be sent to the email address supplied during checkout.
Product
- Why isn’t there chocolate in my snack box?
- We don’t ship chocolate or melty items during typical summer months (typically May through September, but it may be extended if there's a heat wave). Melting is not fun.
- Can I pick the exact items in my snackbox?
- No, our program is designed for you to try new items, curated by our snack experts. Each box type has a description of what you can expect to receive.
- My company has a product I want to include in your snack boxes – how do I do that?
- Submit your product to rangeme.com/canteen and our buyers will review.
Price/Fees
- Do I have to pay sales tax on the snack boxes?
- Yes, any applicable sales taxes will be calculated and added to your total at checkout.
- How do I redeem coupons?
- If you have a coupon code, enter it in at checkout. Only one coupon code or discount allowed per order.
- Can I use my college or university's dining dollars for snack boxes?
- No. We accept major credit cards and PayPal. Apple Pay, Google Pay and other payment options coming soon.
Subscription
- When will my monthly subscription ship?
- We ship subscription orders twice a month – on the 1st and on the 16th. You will receive an email when we are about to ship your box.
- How do I change my address for a subscription?
- Email our team and include your order number and we will take care of it.
